At J-B Weld, we stand by the durability of our fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items. All returned apparel must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
